Affordable Housing

CWC participates in an affordable housing program where income restrictions apply. Visit our Affordable Housing page for information on the program, qualifications, and application process.

Start Your Application

  1. Select your desired floor plan.
  2. Choose from the available apartments.
  3. Click “Apply” to start your application and secure your spot in the apartment that’s right for you.
  4. Your application requires a $13 fee per adult, a $100 holding fee, and either a $300 standard security deposit or $500 conditional security deposit due at application.
  5. If a floor plan is currently unavailable, contact us for more information.
