Affordable Housing

CWC participates in an affordable housing program where income restrictions apply. Visit our Affordable Housing page for information on the program, qualifications, and application process.

  • $300 standard security deposit, $500 conditional security deposit
  • $13 application fee per adult
  • $100 holding fee due at application
  • Internet is paid for by the resident; 1 provider – WE Energies
  • Electric and gas are paid for by the resident (water/sewer, trash, and pest control are included in the rent)
