1. Select your desired floor plan.
2. Choose from the available apartments.
3. Click “Apply” to start your application and secure your spot in the apartment that’s right for you.
4. A one-time application fee of $13 and a holding fee of $100 are required at the time of application. At move-in, a standard security deposit of $500 is required. If the application is approved and the applicant takes possession of the unit, the holding fee will be applied toward the security deposit.
